Vice President of Field Services

Joseph Bailey is the Vice President of Field Services. He is responsible for leading the company’s field resources across the country, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization’s goals and priorities. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Joe has established himself as a goal-oriented and team-driven leader. He is known for his ability to motivate and inspire his team and is passionate about developing their skills and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. As the leader of ExecuPOWER’s safety program and culture, Joe has had a significant impact on the organization’s training and development. He has implemented new safety protocols and training programs that have resulted in a measurable reduction in incidents and injuries.

In addition to his safety and training initiatives, Joe is also a skilled strategic thinker and communicator. He has a talent for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement and is committed to developing solutions that benefit both ExecuPOWER and its employees. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and has completed additional training in Power Engineering Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Joseph is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his children and participating in volunteer events to give back to the community. He strongly believes in the importance of work-life balance and encourages his team to prioritize their personal lives and well-being.
