Andrea Turley, P.E.
Chief Operating Officer and Managing PartnerAndrea is ExecuPOWER’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s daily operations, including contract and resource management, supporting the Engineering, Project Management and Field Services Business Units, creating strategies and policies as well as managing relationships with partners and vendors.
Andrea has over 30 years of experience working in the gas, electric, and water utility industries. She has led multi-million dollar programs in the areas of engineering, operations, information technology, and process improvement projects. Her expertise includes formulating strategies, establishing and motivating cross-functional teams, developing and implementing effective business process improvement solutions, and most importantly, delivering quality results.
Andrea earned a Master of Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and a licensed professional engineer in several states. She is a member of the Supplier Advisory Board for the Electric Utility Industry Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance (EUISSCA) and heads ExecuPOWER’s sustainability committee. She enjoys giving back to the community by working closely with several youth and community outreach organizations, as well as promoting women in the workplace.
