Stephen Porrecca
Chief Strategy OfficerStephen Porrecca joined ExecuPOWER in July 2019. He oversees Human Resources, Corporate Finance and Accounting, Facilities, and IT. He has a strong background in managing people, process improvement, and cost containment. Prior to joining ExecuPOWER, Stephen spent 12 years as Chief Operating Officer at ExecuPharm, a clinical research company with over 1,000 employees. He also spent 16 years at The Vanguard Group holding various senior management and operations leadership positions. Stephen is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Financial Planner. He earned a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
